License Terms

When you license a beat (an "instrumental" or "production") from ayopree., you receive the rights described for the tier you purchase, set out below. ayopree. (Pree Mayall) retains ownership of the underlying composition and master recording of the instrumental. You are buying a license to use the beat, not the beat itself. That is true of every tier, the Exclusive included: an exclusive makes you the only licensee, it does not transfer the copyright.

Each tier grants a worldwide, perpetual license for the uses below. Higher tiers include everything in the lower tiers.

"Distribution" means total downloads and physical/digital copies sold. "Streams" means total audio streams across all platforms. Limits are cumulative for the life of the release. If a release exceeds the limits of its tier, you must upgrade to a higher tier.

For all non-exclusive tiers you must credit the production as "Prod. by ayopree." (or "Produced by Pree Mayall") in the song title or metadata wherever reasonably possible.

You may not resell, relicense, redistribute, or give away the beat in its original form (i.e. as an instrumental, loop, or stem) to any third party. You may not register the unaltered instrumental, or any composition that uses it, with any content-identification system (such as Content ID) in a way that would claim others' uses of the same beat. Non-exclusive beats remain available for other artists to license.

The Exclusive tier is an exclusive license, not a sale of the beat. Three things happen when you buy one:

• You are the only artist licensed to use this beat from the day you buy it.
• Record, release, distribute, stream, perform, broadcast and monetise music built on it, worldwide, with no cap on copies, streams, videos or stations.
• The beat comes off the store the moment your payment settles. No further license of any tier is sold to anyone else. That is what makes it exclusive.
• You get the full file set for this tier: stems, WAV and MP3.
• The exclusive does not expire and does not renew.

What ayopree. keeps:

• ayopree. (Pree Mayall) remains the owner and author of the instrumental. You are buying exclusivity, not the copyright.
• ayopree. keeps a 50% split on releases built from the beat.
• Releases should carry a production credit (“Produced by ayopree.”).
• Licenses sold before your purchase, if any, stay valid for their existing holders under their own terms. A later sale cannot revoke them.
• Existing promotional uses of the beat by ayopree. (portfolio, showreels, social posts) may remain up.

Any samples, interpolations or third-party recordings inside the instrumental remain yours to clear before commercial release, exactly as under the license terms. Reselling, relicensing or redistributing the beat itself as a beat or a sample pack is not part of this license.

Exclusive sales are final. Exclusive pricing is set per beat, so the figure in the table above is the standard price and the beat page shows what that beat actually costs.

Vault items are unofficial remixes and flips of existing recordings, offered on a name-your-price basis for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. They are not cleared for commercial release, sync, or distribution, and no ownership of the underlying original works is granted or implied.
